Gerry Kilsby - Founder / Chairman

The term 'Traffic Management' was unheard of when I started in the industry, 4 decades ago. Then, in 1987 I saw the need and opportunity to create and provide a structured approach to traffic control in my dealings with the London International Boat Show, at Earls Court. Since then my staff and I have developed a service that has become the industry standard.

Tony Hawkins - 

Managing Director

Formerly head of traffic and security at Earls Court and latterly Olympia, Tony joined ETMS in 2015 bringing with him his, immense sense of enthusiasm, energy and wealth of experience from over 40 years in the industry. Now at the helm he is tasked with taking the company to the next level.


Steve Howe - 

Operations  Manager

Steve has been with the company for over 25 years. He brings clients tremendous energy to our operations and gives us everything. 110%. Practicality is his middle name.

Terry Brown - 

Senior Operations Manager

A protege of our MD, he now has many years’ experience in event hospitality, security and governance. Specialising in team leadership and event management. Terry, has become a well know face in the Industry.


Paul Dormer - 

Senior Site Supervisor


Paul Joined the company in 2008. An extremely personable individual. His relaxed yet efficient manner means he is well liked by clients and staff alike. Has exellent man management skills and brings calm to any operation.


Des Bruce -

Operations Manager

An experienced team leader and 'people person'. His years of on-site experience and 'can-do' attitude, brings a calm efficiency to all our events and customers! Heading up our social media department and keeping the team in touch with upto date tech.


Mandii Tozer -

Office Manager

Mandi is a vital part of our 'backroom' team - heard but rarely seen, Mandi keeps everything on course and everyone in line - including the boss!
