Business Development Director
Formerly head of traffic and security at Earls Court and latterly Olympia, Tony joined ETMS in 2015 bringing with him his, immense sense of enthusiasm, energy and wealth of experience from over 40 years in the industry. Now at the helm he is tasked with taking the company to the next level.
Terry Brown -
Director of Operations
A protege of our BDD, he now has many years’ experience in the events industry covering traffic, security and governance. Specialising in team leadership and event management. he has become a well know face in the Industry.
Steve Howe -
Steve has been with the company for over 25 years. He brings clients tremendous energy to our operations and gives us everything. 110%. Practicality is his middle name.
Paul Dormer -
Paul Joined the company in 2008. An extremely personable individual. His relaxed yet efficient manner means he is well liked by clients and staff alike. Has excellent man management skills and brings calm to any operation.
Des Bruce -
An experienced team leader and 'people person'. His years of on-site experience and 'can-do' attitude, brings a calm efficiency to all our events and customers! Des heads up our social media department and keeps the team in touch with upto date tech as well as running point on our recruitment programme.
Mark Weaver -
Mark has been the backbone of etms since the early days. a dedicated team player with a likeable character. Mark is our primary driver and responsible for ensuring any and all kit required for an event is available when needed.
Mandii Tozer -
Business Administration Manager
Mandii oversees everything back of house. she helps with staff queries, implements procedures, maintains administrative systems and works closely with the entire management team ensuring all the t's and c's are adhered to.
